Job Description

Typical task breakdown:

  • Define test details, Coordinate modification of DUTs (Device under test), Add instrumentation, execute testing, data analysis, report out results, create technical report
  • Will have SR engineer mentor to learn role, will have daily interactions with testing team and design/controls internal clients.

Work environment:

- Powertrain lab testing environment, 30% of role will be office based at desk for data analysis and meetings, 70% will be in lab or shop


Education & Experience Required:

  • Execution of tests, including instrumentation setup, Data Acquisition System use, and troubleshooting and resolution of issues experienced during testing
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Min BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Agricultural Engineering

Technical Skills

  • Previous testing experience
  • Prior product development experience
  • Demonstrated Hand-On experience
