: Summary:
The main function of an electrical engineer is to design, develop, test or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military or scientific use. A typical electrical engineer has the ability to make engineering drawings, and read and interpret blueprints.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise the design, development, and testing of the manufacture of electrical equipment, including machinery controls, wiring, and lighting.
• Review and approve the cost effectiveness, reliability and safety of certain design models.
• Discuss estimates for time and cost to complete projects with clients.
• Supervise the simulation and testing of machine/structure/system operation and monitor product quality.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.

• 8-10 years experience required.
Additional Role Details: Large Core Engine Electrical System Validation Engineer position. Working with engine & aftertreatment HIL / SIL closed loop benches to validation complex engine & aftertreatment software. Candidate must have engine and/or aftertreatment experience to be considered.

- Engagement in the team must be high. Very strong team of 6 engineers that all collaborate to ensure all deliverables are met with the highest quality standards.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelors in electrical or mechanical engineering
