Job Description
  • Required education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Perform all other duties as needed.
  • Lead design reviews and resolve technical design conflicts
  • Assist in establishing design completion dates.
  • Develop 3D model of machine designs in CAD environment
  • Design complex components and sub-systems for Machines or vehicles.
  • Assess manufacturability and create production capable drawings.
  • Responsibilities of the Mechanical Design Engineer


  • Requirements of the Mechanical Engineer
  • Experience with updating specification and engineering standard work documentation
  • Experience with PLM Data Management tools and Creo CAD tools
  • Experience working with CAE analysis tools and collaboration with extended Analysis experts.
  • Experience and exposure to Electrification related systems like battery packaging and battery cooling strategies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum or equivalent preferred
  • Should be able to support with builds, test labs.
  • 2 yrs designing experience with Heavy Machinery at Component and system level
