• Lead an internal team including union workers
• Work on large capital improvement projects
• Coordinates engineering, maintenance, contractors, and production activities to ensure successful equipment start-up, operator training, and operation at projected capacities.
• Ability to stay within budget and schedule constraints

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must be proficient in writing both technical equipment specifications and installation specifications, reviewing and evaluating vendor proposals and implementing multi-discipline projects with minimal direction and engineering assistance.
• Must have good communication skills and actively solicit input from all stakeholders on potential projects to ensure each project is successfully completed and meets expectations.
• Must be proficient in CAD, with AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in heavy manufacturing/industrial environment, including experience in hydraulics, maintenance systems, trouble-shooting and project management.
