The Opportunity

This position works Onsite out of our Austin, TX location in the Electrophysiology division. In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.

Project Manager will work closely with key stakeholders in the Brand & Channel marketing team capturing, managing, and leading projects through to execution. The Project Manager will be working across multiple projects, affiliates and cross functional teams ensuring resource management and prioritization is being utilized to correctly. Within the team, the Project Manager will be the owner of the Monday.com board(s), responsible for prioritization, and primary point of contact between teams to ensure request are running smoothly.

What You’ll Work On

• Own and manage the project intake and management system ( Monday.com) and ensure projects are meeting timelines.
• Initiate Ad & Promo reviews through our intake system (Robohead).
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Distribute all approved materials to the Geos
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with GEO marcom managers for project intake, management, and execution.
• Capture and prioritize work requests between the creative team and brand & channel.
• Manage the physician database for our Find a Doctor tool. Maintain its accuracy on a quarterly basis.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Manage product database (PIM) and maintain its accuracy on a quarterly basis.
• Keep all materials current in our regulatory database (Veeva).
• Upload marcom deliverables to our professional education platform, EP Institute. C oordinate with GEO marketing managers for region specific uploads and distribution.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan within Monday.com.

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• 3-5 years of project management and related experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

The base pay for this position is $51,300.00 – $102,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
