The Marketing Project Manager will help support our Marketing Program Management team and reports into the Manager of Project Marketing. This team partners with various marketing groups to execute and streamline company-wide process that pertains to marketing related projects including but not limited to, brand campaigns, product launches, process improvement, and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to analyzing stakeholder needs, identifying gaps and risks, and defining capabilities for an acceptable solution to the business problem
• Demonstrate effective planning and effective stakeholder management as well as an ability to set and manage realistic project timelines
• Manage projects from ready to start through delivery with an eye towards quality marketing materials delivered on time
• Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across: category and product development, ecommerce, site, social, customer relationship management and customer experience
• Build business relationships with all Marketing stakeholders, including external vendors
• Assist in maintaining all project related documentation like project scopes & requirements, timelines and internal meetings and communications

Qualifications And Attributes

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
• At least 1 year of project management experience in marketing or ad agency, preferably with an understanding of the consumer goods industry
• Desire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Resourceful self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity
• Proven relationship builder with diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and follow through

US Workplace Approach

• Remote: Role is full-time remote.
• Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
• Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
