Position Overview:
As the Marketing Project Manager for our healthcare client, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns and projects aimed at enhancing their brand reputation, patient acquisition, and market presence. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Communications, to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, a flair for creative problem-solving, and experience in healthcare is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying key metrics and KPIs to measure success and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, print materials, and more, tailored to their diverse target audiences.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, enhancing brand awareness, and positioning.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing materials, ensuring they are compliant with brand guidelines.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends
- Manage end-to-end marketing projects, including planning, execution, and performance analysis, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
