Job Overview
The Omnichannel Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sr. Manager Omnichannel Customer Delivery in managing data analysis and partnership review for our ecommerce delivery services that center on customer experience through omni-channel via Last Mile for our Scheduled Delivery program as well as Marketplace partnerships. Some of our partnerships include brands as DoorDash and Uber. The Analyst is responsible for building front line relationships with carriers, manages KPI performance, tracks continuous improvement opportunities, audits invoicing for our programs. This individual is responsible for providing data to assist the annual budget creation, analyzing and providing feedback on performance of KPI targets, and identifying root cause of variances to KPIs. This role will work with key PCHI stakeholders to ensure timely flow and customer availability of merchandise, while balancing priorities of service and cost, and adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines. Must demonstrate high accountability for achieving financial and service metrics, and embrace Customer First, People Matter, It Can be Done and Willingness to Celebrate focus at all times.
Core Accountabilities
·Review reports, analyze partner financial performance, and provider volumes for visibility against performance and KPIs.
·Lead weekly external stakeholder calls to ensure high performance against KPI standards.
·Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure delivery plans are established and met for peak weeks, Holiday weeks and special events.
·Provide reporting on tracking and visibility of shipments, provide daily reports on seasonal programs, and conduct daily processing of invoice data.
·Review and analyze existing business practices, procedure, and processes, with goal of establishing benchmarks and standards; identify improvements to efficiencies, existing business processes and service levels.
·Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Merchandising and Marketing to process any outstanding invoices, and review carrier A/R to ensure timely payments.
·Create an unparalleled customer experience with a high customer satisfaction rating.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Business Acumen:
·Meet performance, delivery, and operational efficiency goals for final mile delivery to customers via our Scheduled Delivery program and Marketplace partnerships. Ability to present quantitative data in a clear and concise manner.
·Ability to analyze data to identify trends and root cause of variances to KPIs
·Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
·Operate in a continuous improvement mode, with focus on quality, cost, and delivery
Scope:
·Responsible for supporting, resolving, or escalating daily issues to support the business
·Daily responsibility for operational decision making to support flow to Stores and Direct to Customer
Qualifications
·Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in related fields
·3-5 + years’ experience in business analytics
·Strong analytical and presentation skills, including skills in Excel and PowerPoint
·Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and organizational habits
·Proven ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization
·Proven analytic and problem-solving skills
Expected Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc
