Are you a highly skilled and experienced project manager with a proven track record in managing complex portfolios of Proprietary Products? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Global Proprietary Products Portfolio Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of interrelated projects and programs, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of effective solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize meetings with different groups, drive agenda discussions, track action items, and maintain meeting minutes.
• Drive effective alliance management for partnered and co-development programs, collaborating closely with external collaborators and participating in governance committees.
• Oversee all aspects of program management associated with late-stage clinical development and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and deliver solutions within budgeted project/program deliverables, managing resources, staff, integrated timelines, budgets, and ensuring quality and compliance standards.
• Foster excellent coordination between external business partners, contractors, and internal functional teams to ensure project progress according to plan.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential deviations from the plan, resource issues, and risks to key milestones, while identifying opportunities for acceleration.
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, such as Clinical, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Preclinical Biology, Formulations, IPM, and Alliance Management, using strong project and organizational knowledge.
• Manage the internal governance structure and processes, including cross-functional committees, to ensure transparency, effective communication, and good decision-making principles.
• Provide consistent and effective project management leadership for global Proprietary Products projects and programs, from initiation to IND to NDA.
