At Shark, we are looking to grow our team to keep up with increasing client demand. We currently have a new Junior Project Manager opening available for an ambitious, motivated and hardworking individual, excited to embrace full training.
**Please note – this position is based in New Jersey, this will not be a remote or WFH position**

Your new as a Junior Project Manager role will include:
- Completion of sales of our clients products within a branded, events based environment
- Creating brand awareness and increasing market share for clients
- Promoting clients products and services face-to-face
- Additional benefits based on individual goals and motivating factors
- Product-training workshops, mentors and ongoing guidance
- Leadership, teamwork and decision-making opportunities

- How to proactively communicate with the events team, Management team and with clients
- How to execute experiential marketing events and campaigns on behalf of our client base

- How to collaborate with the management team and other members of staff
- How to reach and exceed the pre-set financial target
