Junior Marketing Manager - Dietary Supplements

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)

What you’ll do

Elevate the regional segment business strategy for DSM's immunity health benefit solutions platform by providing crucial support to the segment lead. Foster the expansion of the immunity health innovation platform by contributing to the development and execution of both long-term strategic and short-term tactical priorities, while simultaneously spearheading new business growth initiatives across a diverse set of customer segments.

Your key responsibilities

• Support brand objectives, including annual planning, comms development, new product launches
• Support in implementing the immunity health segment strategy to achieve internal business ambition
• New product development, product promotion, or segment promotion
• Research market trends and consumer drivers to develop and execute key growth strategies
• Collaborate with Sales teams on business development, trade show attendance, and annual planning

You bring

• Knowledge of other key disciplines (Operations, Finance, Sales, Quality and Regulatory)
• BS/BA required; MBA degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in consumer and/or B to B marketing/business development, preferably within science-based healthcare organizations
• Experience with the dietary supplement industry a plus
• Budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills a plus

This position offers DSM Hybrid Working model, working in the office and the remaining weekdays at a home office.
