The Operations Manager, Marketing is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing department. The Operations Manager, Marketing oversees the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives to ensure timely, efficient, and effective delivery. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting the marketing team to achieve the company's growth and revenue targets.
The Impact You'll Make

• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance to identify areas of improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with service providers.
• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including events, campaigns, and product launches.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage and track marketing metrics and KPIs, including ROI and conversion rates.
• Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for marketing operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You've Accomplished

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management or project management.

Bonus Points

• Experience in the cannabis industry preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $104,000.00 - $118,000.00
