Nexthink is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to build out and support the customer journey. As a member of the Marketing Operations Team, you will work closely with the Go To Market teams to build and monitor programs in Marketo, evaluate success and identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance in our marketing efforts. This position offers the opportunity to partner with a supportive, fun-loving, and talented team of professionals with expertise in various MarTech platforms.
Main functions:

• Be a resource internally to help troubleshoot obstacles
• Handle high volume requests each week while delivering high-quality work
• Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in campaign plans for optimization
• Partner with teams to build and optimize nurture programs, emails, social media and landing pages
• QA work done by team members
• Consult with teams on campaign build best practices
• Partner with broader Marketing Ops team on Marketo maintenance and development
• Build reporting and analytics to provide insight into program health, email deliverability, and A/B testing

Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
• A collaborative and proactive workstyle, willing to ask questions and consider alternative viewpoints
• An ability to create and follow process specifications, including detailed QA
• 1+ years of experience working with Marketo or other Marketing Automation Platform
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• The ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• A growth mindset
• Ability to work in various MarTech platforms
