Part Time Operations Associate Jobs

Prior work experience in any of the following areas: retail, child care, child development/ education, performing arts, improv

Performing stockroom maintenance, stock checks, and shipping of product (transfers, customer related items, SFS, canteen & experience product replenishments)

Knowledge on operational procedures and systems

Minimum three (3) years of experience within a retail environment

Excellent skills in operating personal computers, shipping systems, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office and the Google Drive

Detail oriented, strong organization and follow up skills

Supports management team with reconciling Multi-cards, Petty Cash, and other expense systems

Manages office supply inventory within assigned budget

Experience in a retail or office environment (preferred)

Effective communication skills - clear, concise and positive.

Helps with the review of GL expenses for accuracy

Build and maintains files to support efficient store operations, trains Operations staff as needed

Proven experience working with Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement)

Experience with Gravity forms, Wordpress, and ChiliPiper a plus

Deep knowledge of Salesforce customizations, workflows, and reporting

Experience with custom objects and automations

Salesforce certification is a plus

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the performance of our Salesforce and Pardot installation

No prior education or experience required, but preferred

Enrolled as a college student or completed education with an interest in pursuing a career in athletics preferred

Must possess strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills

Experience in athletics, event planning, execution or leading a small team preferred

Assist with setup and breakdown of assigned private & major events at Nissan Stadium

Collaborate with other departments during the preparation and execution of events

Well-versed in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Synergy, Slack, RealGM, PowerPoint, and additional computer skills required.

Must have high-level interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations or information.

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Knowledge and passion for basketball and the NBA

Help with on-site logistics for practices, games, and team events.

Transportation of Players and Guests

1-3 years of supervisory/lead experience

Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or restaurant operations.

Manage team member hardware and software, ensuring compliance with security software and managing the computer inventory

Work with Chief of Staff on logistics surrounding employee benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.)

Some operations or HR experience is preferred.
