Job Description
To coordinate agent, solicitor, and sub-agent personnel related functions and assist with processing administrative duties within the Marketing Administration programs. To process appointments, terminations, field office updates, pull statistical reports, track the status of applications and changes, service system errors, and perform all other duties as assigned. To maintain accurate, detailed records in all of Marketing Administration databases.


Provide administrative support for the Marketing Field Administration team.


Administer the Marketing Administration SDP and Guidewire queues to assist in fixing user system issues. Work with Regional Coordinators to correct any specific processing errors and advise the field users of any updated processes.


Regularly audit and update agent, solicitor, and sub-agent information within Marketing Administration databases such as Mainframe, MISQL, Guidewire, and Salesforce to maintain data accuracy in all systems.


Required Associate degree in business or related field required, or equivalent experience may be considered. Experienced computer usage and proven skills in Microsoft Office required, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle high volume workload. Proven track record of being an excellent team player. Willingness to pursue continuing job-related training and education required.


Preferred Knowledge or two years’ experience with Farm Bureau Insurance Companies' internal operations or equivalent experience preferred.


Note This is a Hybrid position working both remotely and in our Farm Bureau Home Office located in Lansing, Michigan.
