Marketing Executive Jobs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with relevant parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows and etc.
• Prepare weekly report for market updates, leads analysis report, etc.
• Liaison with relevant authorities for approval of licenses and to ensure timely submission of licenses and reports required by authorities
• Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company's projects
• Responsible to draft artwork design and copywriting
• Assist to plan, prepare and executeall marketing collaterals, project videos, scale models, online marketingand social media materials
• Conduct market survey and prepare market/competitor analysis to evaluate market trend, competition ventures to develop efficient strategies

Requirements

• At least Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Possess knowledge in designing and copywriting works
• Willing to work at IOI City Tower Two (next to IOI City Mall)
• Candidates without the above qualification but with relevant experience in property development will also be considered
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum 3 years' workingexperience in the sales & marketing preferably in the property industry
• Willingly to work during weekends as & when required
• Knowledge of IFCA Property System is an added advantage
