Due to continuing growth and development of the North America LEGOLAND Resorts Digital team, we are looking for a Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis, to be located in our Orlando Office. The salary on offer is up to $50,000, based on skills and experience.

About the Role...

As an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales for our products or services. Your role will involve fostering relationships with affiliate partners, monitoring campaign performance, analysing data, and implementing strategies to maximize program effectiveness.

You will recruit and manage affiliates, as well as accurately tracking conversions, commissions, and payments. You will focus on optimizing campaigns to improve performance and increase conversion rates, and also collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop promotional materials and assets that are engaging and effective in driving affiliate success. To stay competitive and up-to-date, you will keep abreast of industry trends and monitors competitor activities, as well as supporting affiliates in implementing tracking codes, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and promptly addressing inquiries are additional responsibilities of the affiliate manager.

About You...

• Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi task and hit the ground running within a hand on role
• Be an excellent communicator and influencer
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and affiliate marketing software
• You will have up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, networks, and tracking tools
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets
• You will be an excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• You will have proven experience in affiliate marketing;
