Job Description

Job Scope:

As a Marketing & Corporate Event Management professional, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing dynamic marketing strategies and organizing exceptional corporate events. Your primary focus will be to promote our brand, products, and services through innovative marketing campaigns and successful event planning. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and event management or freshers with a passion for the industry to contribute to the growth and success of our organization in the USA, particularly in Texas.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing plans that align with the company's objectives and target audience. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Digital Marketing: Manage online platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content creation. Leverage digital channels to enhance brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive customer acquisition.
  3. Event Planning: Organize and oversee corporate events such as seminars, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities. Handle end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, invitations, and post-event evaluations.
  4. Budget Management: Develop and adhere to budgets for marketing initiatives and events. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy and successful event execution.
  6. Promotional Materials: Create and review marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  7. Event Promotion: Implement strategies to maximize event attendance, such as outreach campaigns, partnerships, and utilizing social media platforms effectively.
  8. Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and event outcomes. Generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.


Qualification and Experience:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proven experience in marketing and/or event management is desirable, with 1 to 3 years of experience being the ideal range. Freshers with relevant internships or a strong passion for marketing and event planning will also be considered.
  3. Knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, and event management best practices.
  4. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in using marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
  7. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative marketing ideas.
  8. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
