- Develop and monitor governance, best practices and act as a traffic coordinator for external messages, ensuring that audiences receive consistent, timely and relevant communications across brands and other business functions across Bayer Crop Science;
- Pull and analyze metrics to evaluate campaign success and develop action plans for future campaigns that drive improved results including, identifying and creating segmentation within marketing automation and across the Adobe MarTech stack;
- Track conversions within and across integrated systems;
- Automate and improve data integrity and data management workflows, including list management and ingestion from key marketing channels;
- Coordinate the release of content and outreach for multiple brands as it pertains to the marketing automation platform;
- Identifying areas of opportunity for new and innovative solutions within the Crop Sciences market.
- Work with members of the Multi-Channel Marketing Activation team and Marketing Communications to identify and activate other areas within Marketo that drive business growth and efficiencies and go beyond email and SMS. These could include, but are not limited to: Events, Social Media, Paid Ads, and Omnichannel Analytics and Personalization;
- Define immediate testing opportunities and long-term testing plan to deliver stronger channel results;
- Identify and implement a scalable lead scoring system fit for our business needs;
- Monitor email deliverability and work with appropriate parties to maintain standards and rectification, as needed;
- Lead the development of while partnering cross-functionally with key business and marketing stakeholders to define portfolio-wide customer journey strategy within a complex brand structure for both marketing and transactional interactions including a comprehensive email strategy, content calendars, and creating the necessary tools to support them;
- Have an in-depth understanding of Bayer Crop Science digital ecosystems and experiences for farmer, RTM partner and sales organization;
- Support and provide input into setting proper KPIs and goals for activated journeys;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Excellent leadership skills having past supervisory experience of several direct reports and/or dotted-line reporting of cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise settings;
- Strong ability to influence key stakeholders and drive decisions that are actionable;
- Experience developing and activating platform automation campaigns with Adobe Marketo;
- Management experience with a proven record of coordinating cross-functional teams in complex enterprise settings;
- Previous experience with digital transformation projects or initiatives;
- Strong experience working in a complex multi-brand portfolio structure;
- Demonstrate excellent marketing automation capabilities including complex logic architecture, customer segmentation, and nurture/journey program creation;
- Ability to manage complex digital projects and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment;
- Possess a practical ability to translate strategy into execution within the marketing automation stack;
- Proven track record of results-driven success with digital delivery and hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle;
- Clear and effective communicator.
- Demonstrates fluency in scrum and agile software delivery methodology;
- Deep understanding of the Adobe Experience platform including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target;
- At least three years of management experience with a proven record of coordinating cross-functional teams in complex enterprise settings.
- A minimum of seven years’ experience developing and activating platform automation campaigns with Adobe Marketo experience;
