Experience building new functions and setting up new processes. Experience with ICD, Clearwater, treasury management systems a plus

Develop and implement a global investment management strategy to enhance overall portfolio returns while maintaining adequate liquidity

Implement system solutions to enhance in-house trading capabilities and reporting automation

Manage money market fund portfolio and other in-house investments solutions

Select, partner with, and oversee external investment managers on separately managed accounts

5-7 years of experience in corporate treasury functions managing cash & investment portfolio

Provide Portfolio Management support to the GSP team, including managing recurring internal meetings and tracking key team deliverables.

Provide oversight and manage coordination with operations & delivery teams during project design and implementation phases.

Represent Dimagi through innovation-related knowledge sharing forums (e.g., presenting at industry conferences, joining working groups, engaging collaborators).

Provide surge support to Global Strategy Partnerships and delivery team members to advance priority opportunities with donors, governments, and implementing partners.

Highly organized and able to multitask, while also maintaining a focus on small details.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

5+ years’ experience with requirements gathering and/or team facilitation

Facilitate & Lead requirements and planning meetings.

Ensure business requirements are clearly defined.

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams by clarifying business criteria, processes and requirements.

Communicate updates to scope, complexity and effort requirements to IT Delivery Owners

Facilitate iterative requirements review and updates.

Management experience with a proven record of coordinating cross-functional teams in complex enterprise settings;

At least three years of management experience with a proven record of coordinating cross-functional teams in complex enterprise settings.

Automate and improve data integrity and data management workflows, including list management and ingestion from key marketing channels;

Have an in-depth understanding of Bayer Crop Science digital ecosystems and experiences for farmer, RTM partner and sales organization;

Experience developing and activating platform automation campaigns with Adobe Marketo;

Deep understanding of the Adobe Experience platform including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target;

Strong analytical skills and experience with financial statement modeling

Credit analytics experience (10-15 years)

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or relevant experience at a financial institution

Strong oral & written communication skills
