We are looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for all testing activities. The Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be required to participate in extensive communication between development, Project Managers, and Product Stakeholders. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be working with project and support teams to design, create, document, implement and maintain test scripts and the test framework. The ideal candidate should be self-directed, team and process-oriented.

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for the entire product

• Develop test automation tools and Automation testing Certify software releases for general use.

• Work with development teams to develop software and contribute to developing and testing new features.

• Implement and execute the test cases and deliver the best quality product

• Evaluate, select, and formulate the best usage of test automation tools.

• Good test scripting and coding skills

• Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly. Proficient in new and

emerging technologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and

consensus-building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.
