Social Media Account management & Strategy and new implementation plan

The intern reviewed current social media accounts and assist with streamlining company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities. The intern may ensure that all comments, likes, or questions are responded to professionally, quickly, and aligned to the brand. Following the approved social media strategy, the interns are handling with the team the creation and posting of all approved content to various platforms utilizing key automation tools for greater efficacy.

Planning and adhering to content calendars to schedule posts on different social media platforms

Optimizing content, tracking user traffic and assessing user response to different content posted

Help plan social media campaigns to reach a wider audience, increase brand awareness and drive sales

Photography, graphic design and video content creation

Content Creation & CRM building

Your responsibilities will include producingmarketing copies, researching partner (hotels) informationto advertise our services, creating our products in our new CRM system, creating copy and design to our hotel & tour partners in our soon to be launched CRM system PEAK 15. You will work closely with me one of the founders to review current partner copy and imagery, website content, email marketing content, and more.

Email marketing Content development

The intern may be responsible for email production including content creation, campaigns, QA, and deployment. We are using Active Campaign as our tool and will develop a full Customer Journey within that platform for all our products.
