The Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.

The Airbnb Hotels organization, which includes HotelTonight, is a fun, entrepreneurial, start-up team where you can have outsized impact. Simplicity is at the core of our products. As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for delighting your partners in your assigned territories by managing individual hotel and/or chain accounts and supply acquisition of high quality inventory. Focusing on these responsibilities, you will build the Hotel category’s market presence in your assigned territory and collaborate with other teams. This includes partnering, strategizing, and running daily operations directly with hotels and chains, and ensuring that HotelTonight and Airbnb always have the best inventory and deals from hotels available for our guests.

You will help resolve challenges and ensure that partners feel valued and supported by our platforms. This will include deploying scalable tactics to address the needs of partners in tertiary markets at high volume. Ultimately, you are responsible for growing and supporting this business.

Responsibilities:

• Secure more inventory and create & implement strategic tactics to ensure your hotel & serviced apartment partners are successful in your markets, driving maximum business impact.
• Proactively and reactively actioning of HotelTonight initiatives and partner requests in scale markets
• Effectively promote and build strong relationships with hotel and serviced apartment partners by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our platforms and confidently pitching their value.
• Consistently respond to and deliver exceptional service to your hotel & serviced apartment partners in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with other team members and cross-functional partners (Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, Strategic Partnerships) to drive regional supply strategy, cross-functional initiatives & implement innovative ideas in the mobile travel space
• Passionately continue learning and bettering your understanding as an expert in the hospitality industry and revenue management best practices, acting as a trusted industry advisor for your hotel & serviced apartment partners.
• Implement scalable strategies that drive maximum business impact across a wide range of hotel and serviced apartment partners.
• Meet and exceed KPIs by owning the performance and success of the hotels & serviced apartments within your region

About You:

Requirements:

• Ability to establish strong relationships with and influence partners
• Capacity to balance day-to-day responsibilities with longer-term strategic execution
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus
• Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience, with a focus on owning client relationships and enacting strategy
• The ability to get things done with constantly changing priorities, projects and deadlines
• You’re a quick learner and you’re fearless about doing whatever it takes to get the job done, even if it means making mistakes along the way.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills; detail-oriented but moves fast

Pay Rate Range: $33-$38/hour
