PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee entire production (parts procurement, production planning, & production achievement) and manages all indicators and personnel.

• Propose appropriate solutions according to production indicators

• Make decisions on investment, structural improvement, etc. to improve productivity

• Decision-making on the input and management of human resources

• Solve problems through decision-making when an emergency problem arises

Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Manufacturing Management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Must have a minimum of 7+ years factory experience
• High level of confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to interact with team members at all levels
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Strong attention to details, listening skills, influencing style and proactive measures is essential for success
• Must possess a high degree of sensitivity and change management capabilities
• Comfort with complexity and ambiguity
• Excellent MS Office skills
