Just 65 miles from Center City Philadelphia, Allentown is located within the Lehigh Valley and is in close proximity to many of the major Northeastern U.S. cities, which makes it an ideal location for manufacturing and distributing consumer goods. We utilize thermal processing and high-speed canning to produce varieties of our Friskies®, ProPlan®, ONE® and Alpo® brands – brands we have carefully produced, packaged and shipped since 1955. As the Factory Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of all Nestle Continuous Excellence (World Class Manufacturing) initiatives and integrated work groups within the factory, acting as the single point of contact for the team. You will have oversight to industrial performance functions and provide coaching and leadership to colleagues at every level.
