Managing Director Investment Banking - Real Estate

Our client, a leading independent US Investment Bank with offices across the globe are looking to add an MD into their Real Estate Gaming, Leisure, Lodging team in New York to work on Real Estate transactions across the US.

Specifically looking for an MD who will be responsible to:

• Work with other business lines and teams within the bank to cross-sell products and services and identify new opportunities for growth
• Build upon an existing client base and to further develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the region, including corporate executives, private equity firms, and financial sponsors
• Lead the origination and execution of real Estate M&A and capital markets transactions in the US
• Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the investment banking division
• Manage a team of investment bankers and support staff, providing coaching and mentorship to drive their professional development
• Participate in business development efforts

• Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial, and proactive

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationships with clients and a proven track record of origination and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on Real Estate
