We are currently looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Investment and Management Intern to join our team. This individual will have the unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry, from property acquisition to portfolio management. Working closely with our CEO, the Intern will gain practical, hands-on experience in various aspects of real estate investment and property management. This opportunity is a paid internship position which we look to grow into a long term employment with our company. (THIS IS A PAID INTERNSHIP)

Responsibilities:

1. Support in identifying and evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities.

2. Assist with market research, and due diligence for property acquisitions.

3. Aid in the Management processes, including setting up company SOP’s , Assets Management, and operations.

4. Participate in team meetings, presentations, and investor relations activities.

5. Conduct industry-related research and stay current with market trends.

6. Assist with various administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing or graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.

2. Demonstrated interest in real estate, Operations and Asset Management.

3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex information with precision.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

6. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
