Scope:


Engage in the development and implementation of the Virtual NICU Family Support® (VNFS) program, including quality assurance, content creation, and training. Provide guidance to program partners, through technical assistance and subject matter expertise for program implementation and oversight of the hospital partner relationship. Ensure collaboration & communication with MOD market staff engaging with VNFS programs and other NICU Initiatives work. Provide direct program services to families at identified partner sites.


Requirements


Develop Relationships and Teamwork


  • Regularly communicate with Market Impact leadership on the status of NICU Initiatives work taking place across the state/regions. Facilitate sharing of best practices between VNFS sites and staff
  • Cultivate and develop a working relationship with all market teams. Understand market priorities and provide guidance on NFS programs and NICU Initiatives work to ensure alignment with national strategic plan.


Develop Strategies and Provide Technical Assistance


  • Develop NFS program content and resources to further program goals and hospital partnerships
  • Stay abreast of NICU best practices taking place and share with the markets in the state/regions.
  • Develop strategies with and provide technical assistance as the NFS subject matter expert to VNFS program partners to ensure successful implementation of the program and partnership. Support development of integrated plans and the adoption and scale of NFS programs in the market/states/regions.
  • Lead implementation and maintain quality of program partnerships. Provide robust, organized and accurate communication and develop strong partner relationships.
  • Provide direct services to families at identified VNFS partner sites, through implementation of the Core Curriculum and supportive group or individual calls.
  • Facilitate coordinated group calls with the VNFS program partners, collaborating with the market leads to develop geographical collaborations as possible.


Revenue Development


  • Assist with development of market level proposals by providing input on NICU Initiatives programs and products.


Support and Provide Training


  • In collaboration with the National NICU Initiatives Team, support virtual and/or on–site training for staff on NICU Initiatives programs and products.


Ensure Compliance


  • Ensure that Memoranda of Understanding, contracts, BAA, HIPAA guidelines, privacy rules and other issues of program liability are followed by NICU Family Support Virtual sites, by collaborating with legal and leading contract renewals.


Progress Reporting


  • Ensure that designated data is collected and submitted by partner implementation sites using tools to monitor progress.
  • Document program activities and provides scheduled reports for external funders, and provides accountability for community investments.


Learning and Professional Development


  • Complete required training as outlined by Human Resources throughout the year and leverage opportunities for enhanced leadership and growth.


Other Duties


  • Perform other duties from time to time in order to ensure the attainment of goals.
