Overview Family Support Coordinators are responsible for providing support and assistance to families in need. They work with families to identify and address their needs, provide resources and referrals, and help them develop and implement plans to improve their lives. They may also provide direct services such as counseling, advocacy, and case management. Detailed Job Description Family Support Coordinators are responsible for providing support and assistance to families in need. • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred
• Licensure or certification in social work or counseling preferred
• Experience working with families in need
