Job Responsibilities
  • Lead for Implementation projects
  • Provides direction and leadership for project management
  • Work with third party vendors as a liaison for clients
  • Be able to identify business process improvements throughout the implementation process
  • Provide support to end users
  • Drive continuous improvements in process and technology needs within the team
  • Work with new team members to develop and train them on quality project deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects, including third parties, to facilitate quality and timeliness of deliverables
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with third party tax software implementations oversight and accountability
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Cor related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the professional services industry
Preferred Qualifications
  • Third party tax software certifications (i.e. Vertex, Thomson Reuters, Avalara)
