Overview and Responsibilities:
The Paramount Manager of Organizational Development is a member of the People Development team. This role supports HR Business Partners and their business leaders to drive the adoption of people development initiatives!
This newly created role is designed to offer high-touch support to local brands/function to lead change and adoption of our team’s centralized programs and processes (e.g., Performance Development, Talent Review, Employee Engagement, Learning Programs etc.). In addition, this role with partner with the HR Business Partners to prioritize client work based on three key areas: Org Transformation, Sr. Leader Team Effectiveness, or Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Support & Programming. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience leading people initiatives from start to finish, often requiring influential skills with senior leaders to align to and deliver business outcomes.
Providing people development process expertise to HR Business partners to drive clarity, consistency, alignment, and commitment for centralized offerings
Linking business needs to centralized people development offerings to drive adoption of initiatives like engagement, performance management, talent review, executive development, and learning offerings.
Creating processes to drive manager adoption of people development initiatives
Serving as a point of contact to answer questions about people development initiatives
Designing & delivering custom interventions related to change management, team & leadership effectiveness, and DEI
Developing and implementing individual, team and functional diagnostics and needs assessments
Working on scalable solutions that build high performing teams
Developing HR or Leader self-serve toolkits
Assessing track, and analyze the impact of interventions Basic Qualifications:
5 years of Learning and Development or HR experience (e.g., developing leaders in corporate or similar environment; facilitation of talent management, DEI, and/or change management or initiatives)
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Learning and Development, Organization Development or Human Resources Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of executive development, talent management, DEI and/or change best practices and research
Experience designing training, tools and/or interventions to build leader capability
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to communicate and influence senior level leaders
Strong capacity to learn and apply new skills quickly
Ability to communicate across a variety of channels and with different types of audiences
Ability to work autonomously and lead others to navigate uncertainty
Adept at balancing achieving results with relationship management
Track record of operational excellence in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong project management skills
Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable
Problem solver, solution-oriented
Experience with scoping projects, managing internal clients, and external vendor relationships
Challenges the status quo and brings up new ideas
Actively seeks diverse views and fosters an inclusive team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (such as Slack, Teams or SharePoint)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $98,400.00 - 123,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
