Manager Of It Operations And Service Delivery

In this newly created position, Forgotten Harvest (FH) is seeking an experienced IT Operations Leader to assist the Chief Information Officer in the day-to-day activities of the IT Organization. Some of these areas include management of networks/systems and technology user adoption and support. The IT Operations Leader will also manage staff and our outsourced vendor along with having daily contact with FH staff and leadership to address needs and help with the optimization of the O365/Teams/Power Automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Forgotten Harvest Networks, Internet connections, IaaS, Saas Business Systems, Microsoft O365/Teams and Cyber systems are functioning optimally on a day-to-day basis; establish and maintain network governance and maintain processes and activities
• Help organizational units with technology adoption and digital maturity through MS O365/Teams, SharePoint, Power Automation, and Power BI
• Assist with Forgotten Harvest’s Digital Transformation and IT Strategic Plan; manage small to medium scale technology projects
• Manage the building systems including security, door/gate access control, surveillance, digital signage, temperature control systems
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of FH staff including identity management, building access control, workspace technology, telephony, MS O365/Teams, and SharePoint
• Direct the work of the internal Network Engineer as well as the external Managed Services Consulting relationship, which provides help desk, network engineering, cyber consulting, SIEM/SOC

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Generalist with hands on capability in networking, cyber, desktop, coding, MS O365/Teams
• Comfort with use of ladder for occasional installations/troubleshooting as well as use of stairs to access warehouse mezzanine area; ability to occasionally lift of up 40 pounds
• Experience in any of Solutions Design, TOGAF, SDLC, Agile, Lean, Enterprise Architecture a plus
• 2-4 years’ experience working with multimedia teleconference rooms, projectors and sound systems; understanding of digital signage systems
• Advanced skills in workflow, Power BI, Power Automation desirable
• Ability to mentor and develop staff as well as business user partners; ability to train staff and conduct webinars in Microsoft Office/Teams, Automation, Cyber, etc.
• Outstanding interpersonal and people/process management skills required as well as experience working with a variety of people at all levels of the organizational structure; ability to work through needs, wants, resources and IT governance to optimize use of technology in departments
• Leadership Acumen working with IT teams in a variety of disciplines including help desk, network ops, app development
• 10+ years demonstrated experience managing an enterprise of 100+ hybrid users including networks, Wi-Fi, cyber, virtualized servers, building control systems, UPS, VoIP telephony, etc.
• Expert in use of MS Windows, MS O365/Teams and a solid understanding of VoIP systems
• 3-5 year’s experience with MS network administration, managing vendors, using technology/networking equipment and tools including toners, testers, light construction tools, PC repair, cabling
