Application And Service Delivery Manager Jobs

Manage the onboarding and offboarding of FH staff including identity management, building access control, workspace technology, telephony, MS O365/Teams, and SharePoint

Assist with Forgotten Harvest’s Digital Transformation and IT Strategic Plan; manage small to medium scale technology projects

Manage the building systems including security, door/gate access control, surveillance, digital signage, temperature control systems

Proven experience as an IT Generalist with hands on capability in networking, cyber, desktop, coding, MS O365/Teams

Advanced skills in workflow, Power BI, Power Automation desirable

2-4 years’ experience working with multimedia teleconference rooms, projectors and sound systems; understanding of digital signage systems

Must have good time management and project management skills.

Define and clarify project scope and translate those needs into product requirements.

Learn the Bizerba industrial equipment portfolio to a knowledgeable level.

Provide feedback to HQ/Development/Product Manager to improve product line.

Facilitate presentations to Customers, Sales, Engineering, HQ, and others regarding product offering(s)

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Experience working in a production support environment is required.

Experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow preferred.

SDLC, solutions design, and delivery of enterprise level solutions experience

Experience working with business application owners and development teams

Managing the delivery of mid-to-large web/enterprise applications experience

Technical experience in Microsoft .NET or SAP application development

Managed Services experience is a plus

Database environments and tools (e.g., SQL, Hadoop, and cloud native data management tools)

Identify and Access management (e.g., OKTA, SailPoint)

10+ years technical experience with a large and global enterprise in application delivery, ideally in individual contributor and leadership roles.

4 + years of experience part of an architecture review board or related architecture role.

2+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud-based solution architectures.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related discipline.

Effectively manage DBAs to support Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL environments on-premise and within the Azure Cloud environment.

Drive proactive capacity analysis on database servers and stay ahead of capacity requirements

15+ years SAP Basis experience

Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform

Experience with SAP on public cloud (ideally Microsoft Azure)

Establish and maintain an agile governance framework that enables effective decision-making, risk management, and value delivery.

Experience in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

10+ years of experience in agile approaches, preferably in a financial service setting.

5+ years of experience in an agile leadership role.

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent certification.
