Manager Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Lpsw Or Lpc

We are hiring a manager for our Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health program at our Saint Luke's Smithville location.
With this new positon you have the opportunity to build the department, market, manage, create policies and job descriptions for staff.
This is will be full time day shift M-F position.
This position manages the daily operations for the intensive outpatient behavioral services program.

• Behavioral health background is required.
• Assesses quality of patient care, patient safety and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians and other departments.
• Monitors department budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations.
• Develops and implements departmental goals, standards and objectives which support the strategic plan.
• LCSW or LPC degree required.
• Participates in direct delivery of care.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Manages Staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
