Corning Clinic is hiring LCSW, LPC, or LMFT- Come join our Family! 1st Choice Healthcare is accepting applications for a Behavioral Health Provider for our Corning Clinic. This position will be part of the healthcare team whose primary purpose is to work in conjunction with the health services within the health center in order to provide assessment diagnosis and treatment planning of behavioral health to children, adolescents, adults, and families in order to improve psychosocial functioning. Qualifications Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT Must have experience in the continuity of patient care planning. Crisis intervention skills Must be knowledgeable of short-term brief intervention therapies. COVID-19 Vaccination is required. Applicants must be willing to travel to clinic locations.
