Must Have

• Excellent communication skills
• Agile experience preferred
• Project Management – 4 years minimum

Nice To Have

• Healthcare payer experience required
• PMP preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform risk management of projects
• Use appropriate change management techniques for project scope, schedule and finance changes
• Identify stakeholders and include in appropriate workstreams
• Evaluate project performance
• Maintain project documentation and provide weekly dashboards
• Create meeting’s agenda and take meeting minutes
• Appropriate escalate to management as needed
• Plan and develop detailed project plans for Commercial BH programs
• Support overall Commercial BH program and subprograms
• Monitor project progress

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $60-$70/hr (Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and clients requirement).
