The Manager is responsible for event financial aspects of the MSG Live group. The Manager’s responsibilities will be categorized into the following areas: · Event financial support across all MSG venues (MSG Sphere, MSG Arena, Theater at MSG, Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theatre and Chicago Theatre) and event types (e.g. Concerts, Family Attractions, Special Events) including event offers, settlements, and financial outlook · Special projects including but not limited to annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, rate card analysis, venue standards, and competitive analysis
What will you do?
Event Financial Support (90%)
  • The Manager is responsible for tracking event costs, reviewing contracts, conducting settlements with promoters and/or artist representatives at the night of the event, preparing P&L statements, compiling post event estimates, and reviewing the monthly reconciliation to general ledger.
