The Manager, E-Commerce will lead the development of E-commerce marketing and development across the organization. Oversees Company websites to achieve overall objectives of generating revenue, maximizing customer loyalty, and minimizing operating expenses. As an integral part of the web development team, helps drive the ongoing evolution of our web solutions and emerging technologies.
This position will serve our Replacement Parts Division, located in Randleman, NC. This position can be partially remote/work-from-home, but the employee must be based in the Randleman area, per Rheem’s Remote Working Policy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Leads the identification and development of transforming marketing and customer service opportunities to develop a variety of B2B & B2C e-commerce solutions.
- Manages the design, development, branding and content of websites.
- Develops and implements SEO and SEM initiatives to optimize websites to increase traffic and sales.
- Manages and understands full Software Lifecycle application development – architecture, designing, coding, debugging and documenting applications in various software languages at an expert level and testing cross-browser, cross-platform and cross-device compatibility.
- Conducts website analysis including requirements analysis, software code reviews, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis and software reliability analysis. Demonstrates the ability to generate ideas and initiate action while achieving results.
- Collaborates across IT, web developers, creative designers, software developers and copywriters to accomplish primary objectives.
- Manages existing websites to determine technical changes, schedule projects and resources, and monitor project timelines and budgets.
- Acts as a tech lead on specific projects
- Owning and driving the successful delivery of projects from beginning to end.
- Provides direct supervision over assigned staff.
- Provides performance feedback, coaching and mentoring.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Marketing, Business)
- 7+ years’ experience in e-commerce marketing and business planning
- Experience developing responsive web solutions using HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- Supervisory experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an understanding of web analytics, optimization and reporting tools.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
- SEO strategy experience including integrating keyword research
- Deadline oriented with proven task-completion record
- Mastery of detail management and teaming practices are essential in this multi-task, cross-functional work center.
- Demonstrates aptitude for critical thinking and an ability to produce creative marketing solutions.
- Demonstrates ability to be flexible and adapt to circumstances and situations.
- Proficient in creative thinking, writing, editing, proofreading, grammatical correctness, publishing practices, standard style rules, and expression of complex ideas in simple terms.
HOW TO STAND OUT:
- Experience with following Amazon Web Services (AWS), Scripting languages, PHP or Wordpress
- Master’s degree in related field
