What You'll Do

• Continuously refine and iterate policy-related materials based on accuracy and efficiency metrics.
• Interact with stakeholders, including policy owners, legal and business teams to refine content in adherence with standards.
• Set standards for content creation and engage with Product Management team to create and improve the policy accuracy and efficiency.
• Be responsible for technical writing and developing high-quality, user-centered content to ensure our policies and associated requirements are clear and concise.
• Create, publish, and maintain policy and procedure information on internal and external channels with stakeholders and public pages.

Qualifications
Who We're Looking For

• Relevant policy development experience is a plus, e.g. within corporate governance functions
• Able to coordinate a wide array of internal and external resources to obtain, process, and operationalize information and develop strategy
• 3+ years as a technical writer, editor, or content strategist
• Experience working in public policy in consumer-facing, technology or logistics field
• Experience managing content projects, including coordinating with other teams
• Bachelor's degree or above

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $109250 - $166250 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
