Refine and accelerate maturity of operational performance metrics that will demonstrate progress of Global IT Organization transformation and value-driven initiatives.


Provide both qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform Stategic decisions for business reviews by partnering with business leaders and executives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for short and longer-term analyses that diagnose and understand areas of over and under-performance against industry standards and benchmarks
  • Perform deep dives and reviews of key value drivers, change management and execution towards future vision
  • Identify new focus areas that require elevation to leadership discussion with recommendations and data to support the big ideas
  • Lead the continued development of the metrics and reporting that defines our business performance suite, ensuring it remains relevant and fit for purpose
  • Support the development team to automate the metrics to near real-time executive dashboard for Global IT organization


Required Qualifications:


  • A minimum of eight years (OR six years with a Masters) of performance excellence or analytics experience
  • Bachelor's Degree


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Corporate finance knowledge
  • Strategy/management consulting
  • IT knowledge

For California, the base pay range for this position is $106,000 to $151,000 (highly experienced).


The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
