This candidate should have basic knowledge utilizing a computer to send e-mails with attachments and create basic Word documents. Other skills, abilities, and basic knowledge of landscape maintenance, use of power and hand tools, construction knowledge, grounds-keeping, taking and reading measurements with measuring tapes, math principles to estimate square footage and materials needed, reading and interpreting equipment manuals, basic blueprints and drawings, safe and efficient use or the ability to learn to operate a tractor (Skip Loader), forklift, scissor aerial platform lift, perform routine safety checks and perform preventative maintenance procedures on equipment and vehicles used or as assigned.
