Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and optimize vehicle sales across all channels
• Lead daily operations, setting new benchmarks for sales and customer service excellence
• Inspire and empower sales staff, coaching them to achieve outstanding results
• Develop strategic inventory plans and identify acquisition opportunities
• Ensure top-quality vehicle reconditioning and prioritize collaboration with service managers
• Implement innovative processes to elevate sales and customer experience

Qualifications

• History of driving financial growth within a dealership
• 2-3 years of success in profitably managing a service department
• Uncompromising integrity and a strong work ethic
• In-depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicle business
• 5-10 years of experience in luxury car dealership management, with P&L accountability and European manufacturer expertise
• Entrepreneurial drive and innovative mindset
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
