Job Description

Hiring Full Time 2nd Shift LPN Supervisor - Starting at $36/hr based on experience PLUS $3/hr Shift Diff

$5000 Sign On Bonus, Excellent growth potential, 8 hours shifts & FREE Garage Parking on-site!

Schedule to include weekdays & every other weekend rotation

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers and families to ensure exceptional continuity of care.
  • Providing direct supervision, training and leadership to Caregivers and Medication Technicians
  • Assisting with staffing to ensuring adequate nurse and care coverage
  • Assisting the Director of Resident Care Services in the overall coordination and management of our clinical services department supporting regulatory compliance, quality compliance, resident care outcomes and clinical assessments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work independently with advanced critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work schedules assigned in a 24-hour operation when emergency coverage is essential
  • Manages conflict in a positive and constructive manner
  • Proficient in verbal and written English communication
  • Ability to efficiently learn and utilize various software systems
  • Current LVN or LPN License with CPR Certification
