The LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Your role includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition and medication administration.

Specific Job Requirements:

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.

Qualifications:

• New grads will be considered.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• Must be licensed in Indiana (MUST maintain an active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing throughout employment).
• CPR Certification. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
• Nursing degree
• Current 2-step TB test.

• Current Physical to not expire within 90 days of hire.
• COVID 19 Vaccination required OR waiver approved from The Absolute Best Staffing before starting work.
