$36.50/hr minimum - $56.77/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)

Responsible for shift/unit/department supervising activities including staffing, patient activities and administrative responsibilities as delegated. Responsibilities

Role Specific Responsibilities

• Monitors workload and delegates responsibilities
• Rounds with physicians if applicable
• Manages shift staffing and supervision.
• Assists Unit Manager with daily operation if applicable
• Delegates staff duties to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Education

• Associate’s degree
• BSN

Licenses and Certification

• ACLS, NRP, STABLE, TNS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC if applicable
• Current Illinois RN License
• BLS

Experience And Skills

• Technical Experience:

2 years

• Supervisory Experience:

2 years
