LPN qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Ensures that Caregivers are performing their job duties and rendering quality care through compliance rounds
• Completes accidents/incidents reports on elders/sponsors/staff, provides appropriate care/instructions and forwards reports to supervisor
• Current LPN license
• Determines work assignments and assists in completing and performing such tasks
• Genuine passion for working with elders
