We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our global logistics team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day business performance and be able independently identify trends and propose improvement initiatives.
• Solutions include but not limited to B2C distribution carrier management/rate shopping, KPI/Performance monitoring, pickups, returns, and demand planning,
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, resources and channels, ensure the designed solution is launched with high quality and rolled out as planned.
• Support logistics planning and solution design for the U.S. seller-fullfilled marketplace, both short-term and long-term. Work with cross functional teams to identify pain points, design the optimal solutions and optimize processes, procedures and systems to gain better performance for platform, sellers, consumers, and creators.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of working experience in e-commerce logistics.
• Excellent understanding of e-commerce logistics operations, including (but not included to) data integration, first-mile pickup, parcel sorting, courier delivery, return process.
• Self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Proactively identifies areas of improvement, gathers data, and works to optimize our processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with logistics transportation, operation management, or engineering background.
• Fair understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations and governance policy.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment across multiple teams, with strong supporting documentation and the next step pathway.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $104500 - $200000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
