Logistics Coordinator Jobs

Agro.Club is a tech enabled grain trading company, trading agriculture commodities like corn, soybeans, wheat, milo etc. We are a global company with a ~250 people team across approx 10 countries. We are currently building up our Agro.Club USA headquarters in Kansas City.

We aim to make trading more efficient and seamless by applying digital technologies in our processes. Our in-house team of 50+ developers works hard every day to achieve this objective. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Logistics Coordinator to join our expanding commercial team in the United States. As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team with the full scope of logistics activities: quotes, contracting freight, managing deliveries using third party freight providers. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in the field, relevant network, high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate shipment, receipt, and invoices for all commodities received and shipped
• Procure, establish, and maintain relationships with our current and new grain freight carriers
• Build and maintain relations with the best freight carriers in the industry
• Diagnose and resolve all freight and logistics related issues
• Negotiate and contract competitive freight rates for grain with our current and new carriers
• Contribute to deal profitability through managing freight cost and drive efficiencies on freight movement
