Our client, a construction company on the east side of Kansas City, has a direct hire opening for a Construction Dispatcher. This position offers opportunities for grown within the company, health insurance, a competitive salary and unlimited paid time off!

Construction Dispatcher duties:

• Set up and maintain all rental equipment in their software
• Communicate completed maintenance on inbound and outbound equipment.
• Analyze rental data and create reports to assist operations team
• Track project goals and support project managers with project build outs, pre-activity meeting documentation and punch list items
• Coordinate and track all rental work activities to include reservations, repairs and mobilization of rental equipment.

Construction Dispatcher requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Construction and/or Logistics
• Experience in logistics software
• Understanding of scheduling and/or dispatching within the trucking or construction industry

Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
