Loan Analyst Jobs

Vontive, is looking for experienced Loan Analysts who have a proven history in the real estate industry for a hybrid working position out of our San Francisco, CA office. We provide liquidity to homebuilders, investors buying and renovation properties, and landlords. Our mortgages close 80% faster than bank loans and offer the same competitive pricing. As a Loan Analyst, you will manage loans from underwriting through closing and ensure defect-free mortgage file. This is a hybrid position with expectation that you will be in the office 2-3 days a week. Your responsibilities will include:

• Verify documents and data are true, accurate, correct, and complete
• Seek resolution of any issues
• Coordinate closing activities
• Complete first-level analysis with underwriting checklist
• Conform key documents and data to our fundamental model
• Review loan applications and data
• Document policy exceptions

Requirements

• Prior mortgage lending, paralegal, compliance, or risk management experience
• Comfortable with multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Undergraduate degree
• Passion for client service and an uncanny ability to influence people and solve problems
• Exceptional attention to detail, very comfortable with technology
